Refund policy.

Who you buy from
MIGOL is run by Ferðavefir ehf. (kt. 700910-0750), Sigtún 29, 105 Reykjavík, Iceland.
Subscriptions are coming 1 January 2027. There is no checkout today, so there is no receipt yet. When subscriptions open, Paddle.com will be the merchant of record for orders. Receipts and refunds will come from Paddle.
14 days to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund, without giving a reason. This applies to your first payment.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice or couldn't use what you paid for, contact us and we'll sort it out.
How to ask for a refund
- There is nothing to refund until subscriptions open on 1 January 2027. After that, use the link in the receipt email for that order.
- Or contact us and we'll ask Paddle to refund you: support@migol.io · +354 775 6363
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You cannot subscribe or cancel a payment today. Subscriptions come on 1 January 2027. After that, you can cancel from Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals. Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you are not charged. Join before 1 January 2027 to lock the founding price and badge: €45 for the first year, VAT included, then €90 a year unless you cancel. Your habits, journal and everything else on the free plan stay yours either way. Until 1 January 2027, MIGOL Pro is free for everyone. After that, free includes everything except Networking, with up to 10 active habits.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
